Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to Tent Revival 2025, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated in accordance with changes to law or event policy. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and notice will be provided to ticket holders as necessary.

Ticketing Policy

All Sales Are Final: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including illness, weather, travel disruptions, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies.

Ticket Confirmation: Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a QR code. This must be presented at registration (printed or electronic) to receive a wristband, which must be worn at all times. A new wristband will be issued each day. Lost ticket confirmations may be retrievable, but if we cannot verify your ticket, a new one must be purchased on-site.

Upgrades: Ticket upgrades (e.g seating or package changes) are available subject to availability. Contact office@walkinglikejesus.org with your original order. Any price difference must be paid in full prior to the event.

Entry Requirements

All attendees must have a valid ticket and must wear a wristband at all times.

Under 16s do not require a paid ticket but must register and wear a wristband. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No childcare will be provided.

Event Conditions

Rain or Shine: This is an outdoor event held under a large tent. While the tent provides some shelter, attendees should come prepared for various weather conditions. No refunds will be issued due to weather.

Event Changes: If the event is rescheduled, all tickets remain valid. No refunds will be issued for changes. In the rare case of full cancellation by the organisers, details about rescheduling or credit toward future events will be provided to ticket holders.

On-Site Conduct & Admission

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who violates these terms or engages in unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

The following applies:

  • Bag checks may occur at entry. Prohibited items (e.g weapons, illegal substances, fireworks) will be confiscated.

  • Anti-social, illegal, or dangerous behaviour may result in removal without refund and possible legal action.

  • Vandalism or damage to event property will result in eviction and possible prosecution to recover costs.

  • No pets allowed on site.

  • Not to light any fires on or near the site.

  • Not to smoke while on the site.

  • Not to disturb any game birds or their nests or eggs on site.

  • Not to negatively impact on wildlife habitats.

  • Not to extract any material from the site.

  • Not to use any spray or other permanent markers.

Unauthorised Activity

No unauthorised selling, promotions, or flyer distribution is allowed anywhere on event grounds without written permission from the organisers.

Media & Recordings

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. These materials may be used globally by Tent Revival for promotional, archival, or commercial purposes. Tent Revival retains full rights to this content.

Note: Loud music and lighting effects will be used. Attendees should take necessary precautions for their health and wellbeing.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations, postponements, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, power failures, civil unrest, epidemics, royal or national mourning, acts of war or terrorism, and other unforeseeable events.

Data & Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and relevant privacy laws. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. Tent Revival accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, unless directly caused by negligence or intentional misconduct by the organisers.
